If you contact us outside of this period, which is past the courier's query time frame, it is unlikely we will be able to assist you.

Returns 

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, your package will be sent back to you.

Please put in your packing slip which has your name and order number on it, and also whether you wish for an exchange or refund.

For an exchange for a different style please the full description of the shoe/ it’s name on our store, for example ‘black glitter two strap flatform in size 6 in colour black’ 

Please add your phone number at the bottom and if we can’t find your style we can call you and let you know.

We encourage all customers to send items back via a tracked delivery service as we are not responsible for the items until we receive them, this way you can track your parcel as it makes its way back to us. Second Class Signed For is usually the most economical way to do this.

Exchanges

You will need to cover the cost of sending an item back for exchange, however once received we will send you exchanged item back at no extra cost to yourself. We will exchange at no extra cost once per order.

You will be responsible for paying all Customs Charges, we will not cover the cost of this, this includes import duties and VAT.
